2. If your food item is delivered damaged, incorrect, or spoiled, you may request a refund or replacement within 24 hours of delivery.

3. All refund requests must be submitted via email or our support form, along with a photo of the issue.

4. Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note:

Refunds are not applicable for change-of-mind or late cancellations after the food has been prepared or dispatched.

Delivery Policy

If your address is outside our delivery zone, you will not be able to complete your order at checkout.

Pickup is available for all online orders during our business hours.

Average delivery time is 30 to 60 minutes, depending on distance, traffic, and order volume.

During peak hours or bad weather, delivery times may be longer. We appreciate your patience.

We do not guarantee exact delivery times, but we do our best to meet estimated times

Please ensure your phone number and delivery address are correct when placing your order.

If the delivery driver is unable to reach you after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to the restaurant without refund.

Alcoholic beverages (if available) can only be delivered with valid ID at the door, and only to customers aged 21+.

Cancellations & Delivery Issues

Orders can be canceled within 10 minutes of placing the order, as long as food preparation has not started.

Once the kitchen has started preparing your order, it cannot be canceled and is non-refundable.

To cancel an order, please call our customer support line at immediately after placing the order. Email cancellations are not accepted for urgent orders.

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery. We will either deliver the correct item or offer a partial/full refund based on the situation.

If any item is missing from your order, please notify us immediately. We will resend the missing item or issue a refund.

If food arrives unreasonably cold, spoiled, or unsafe to eat, contact us within 30 minutes with a photo. We may provide a refund or replacement after verifying the issue.

While we aim to deliver within the estimated time, delays can occur due to traffic, weather, or high demand. We do not offer refunds solely for late deliveries unless the delay is excessive (e.g., over 60 minutes) and not communicated.
